Shipping policy
At Ocean Pads, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, which is why we offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.
Once your parcel has been handed over to our hauliers, please be aware any issues or delays experienced with your order are their responsibility and we cannot refund charges on their behalf.
Order Processing Time: Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated on product's page). If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods: We offer a range of shipping options, including standard delivery and express delivery. The shipping cost will depend on the weight of your order, your location, the shipping method you choose and is calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Damage: In the event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.
