• The item is returned in its original condition, unused and in its original unopened packaging
• The item is safely packed to avoid damages in transit and is clearly labelled with your order number

Please note, if you return an item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund. 

We do not always offer free returns on our items. If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect item please contact our customer service team at info@oceanpads.co.uk

We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria, however, shipping costs may not be refunded.
